Integration of alternative heating methods
We offer a technical integration of hot water from an existing buffer tank which can be heated by solar power, wood-pellets/chips, district-heating, geothermal energy, gas or oil, in combination with electrical heating. Through these hybrid heating systems we strive to minimize energy costs and maximize sustainability.
Upgrade to full automation
Each FLECKS brew plant originally installed in semi automation can be easily upgraded to a fully automated system in order to save time and money, increase comfort and capacity and secure quality to a maximum extent.
This system consists of a malt hopper, a malt mill, a spiral conveyor, transport pipes and a feeding valve that leads into the brew kettle.
Spent grain pump
The pump allows a comfortable removal of spent grain in lauter tuns and furthermore leads it into transport container.
A small semi-automatic bottle filler system comes in handy when you want to increase your production for commercial purposes. The filler comes complete with counter pressure with four or eight heads and is able to fill 100 to 200 bottles per hour.
This system enables the automatic cleaning of barrels (5 to 50 litres) through water, air, a hot chemical cleaning agent and CO2, ready for filling. The automatic process cleanses 12 to 15 KEGs per hour.
This is a fully automated system for cleaning all beer tanks, consisting of two chambers of 300 litres that can hold two chemical solutions, two pumps and integrate the brewery's full automation..
Semi-automatic Plant for brewing yeast propagation and storing with a capacity of 99 litres. The system consists of heating, cooling, pressure control and sterile aeration.
Semi-automatic plant to pasteurize beer before bottling/kegging. The system processes 500 litres of beer per hour.
