CRAFT BEERS
FLECKS breweries enable you to brew a variety of craft beers in various flavours, appearances and compositions:
- Bottom-fermented lager beers,
- Top-fermented ales, stouts and wheat beers
We use two different brewing methods:
- Infusion und decoction
- Dry hopping for IPAs
In approx. 120 FLECKS breweries in 35 countries more than 300 outstanding, most tasteful craft beers are brewed by local brewers who had been trained by FLECKS. Based on original FLECKS mashing and fermenting recipes.
Meanwhile these brewers brought in their creativity for new special craft beers.
