“Jerrys” Brewery in Denmark is all about combining good food with even better beer. Your visit to the FLECKS show brewery is definitely worth the trip. It is our intention to give you an insight into the operating process of two FLECKS Brewhouses (5HL and 40HL) - including all the trimmings - to show you what can be done with our technology.
FLECKS own craft beer brewery consists of a 40 HL brewhouse (the largest private craft brewery in Austria) and was built in 2014. Furthermore the facility is famous for its extraordinary tastings, tours and unique brewing theatre.

Pöide is a small craft beer brewery on the island of Saaremaa, Estonia. It is probably one of the last places you would expect to find someone brewing high quality beer. However the small business, located in a renovated farm building in Pöide Parish, has become very popular amongst locals, tourists and beer lovers from all over the world. In 2013 “Pöide beer” began working with FLECKS and launched its very first brewery with a 300 litre brewhouse. Three years later the business has become so successful that the small brewery had to be upgraded to a 2000 litre fully automated system.
Additionally to producing various types of beer, Pöide also welcomes visitors to join guided tours and tastings, including the presentation of Pöide brewing hall, where the 2000 litre FLECKS brewing systems can be seen.

“LAVA Bräu” is brewed by hand in small exclusive quantities. During the brewing process only about 500 litres of refined wort are fermented to finest Craft Beer. LAVA is boiled with selected spices and tastes extraordinary full-bodied. It is neither filtered nor sterilized. Thus all essential flavours, that give the beer a unique taste, are preserved. “LAVA Bräu” has declared to endeavour, to preserve the living fire of the volcanic region in its beers and does a pretty good job at it, as we think.
“Stade Ratskeller”, located in Germany, serves home-brewed beer, selected wines and delicious traditional cooking. You can enjoy these various home made products in the restaurant’s cosy dining halls, or in its beautiful “beer gardens”, that invite to relax during warm summer days.
This location offers some unique culinary experiences. We recommend trying the signature dish: grilled free range chicken or “Haxenbraterei” which is basically a combination of various grilled meats and vegetables - Perfect for anyone with a big appetite. The homemade drinks currently range from bright red and light to dark Craft Beers, that all harmonize perfectly with the carefully complied menu.
"Brauhaus Breznik" in Bleiburg, Austria, originates from an ancient stone brewery. What started with the wish to bring back a brewery to the Austrian village - after the last one was shut down in 1991 - finally became reality in 2007. Currently Gerhard Primozic-Breznik is the brewer behind “Breznik” beer and attaches great importance to brewing high quality Craft Beer. Furthermore passion, precision and love for brewing have paid off: two years after the launch of the location it was appointed "Corinthian Brewery of the Year 2009".
This special brewery, which is located in Groede, a unique part of the Netherlands, was installed in 2007 and has since been operating under the name of “The Three Kings”. The history behind this location is quite an exciting one. In 2011, the managers at the time had to stop their activities, due to private matters. For about a year “The Three Kings” stood empty until In May 2012, looking for the ideal location to give their ideas about beer shape, Stijn Jordans and Marc Menue took over the brewery. As of May 2012, the brewery was renamed to MARCKENSTEIJN. To this day the location brings forth some extraordinary Craft Beers that are definitely worth trying.
“Lillehammer Bryggeri” is located in the original premises of a distillery and brewery from 1850, which originally gave the town its name. Alongside home brewed beer and other beverages, locally produced food can be found on the menu today. Furthermore the owners especially focus on bringing Lillehammer’s history back to life by giving their guests the opportunity to both physically and mentally “taste” the city’s past. The offerings range from beer and food, to stories about the first Coppersmith and the 17th Olympic Winter Games, which are a highlight to this day for the Norwegian town.
“Lybica” is a microbrewery located in the town of Llivia, Spain. What makes this town especially good for brewing beer is its location, 1223m above sea level in the Pyrenees. The high quality water it takes to brew outstanding Craft Beer it obtained directly from the Spanish town and therefore contributes to the full bodied taste of this extraordinary beer. Currently “Lybica” produces two types of beer: Ales, which are strong in flavour, yet very soft and fruity, and Lagers that are distinguished by a very smooth taste with little hints of fruitiness.
The building that currently hosts a cosy brewery with restaurant was originally built in the early 17th century. It was designed to be a simple barn, but was redone in 1844, when it became a hotel and restaurant. Today you can most likely find the best craft beer of the region in this century old building. Ruedi Schlatter is the brewer behind “Schlossbräu” Craft Beer and manages to perfectly combine traditional values of beer brewing with latest FLECKS brewing technology. Currently two carefully produced Craft Beer types are available: the "Original" and the "Red Grain" Schlossbräu. In addition to indigenous cuisine and homemade beverages, guest are able to attend guided tours through the in-house FLECKS brewery.
Want to experience something truly unique? Try visiting club “Jagger” in Saint Petersburg, Russia. This unusual location combines a restaurant, its own brewery and a concert hall, that offers some of the best light and sound installations in town. “Jagger” is distinguished by its daily events, that consist of live concerts and shows with artists from all over the globe. Furthermore the Russian club offers homemade Craft Beer, which is brewed without the use of any additives and currently comes in two types: “Jagger Kölsch” and “Jagger Weizen”.
Situated in Chernyakhovsk, Kaliningrad Oblast, Russia, the restaurant “Hercules” offers more than just good food and a comfortable atmosphere - you can also find a bit of Austrian technology between green gardens, fancy dining halls and lecture rooms. Four different types of beer are produced here, with the help of a 5 hl FLECKS brewhouse. The offered beers range from red ales, light and black lagers to wheat beers and light wheat beers. It is said that Russians are known to have a weakness for good vodka but it seems they also have a very good taste in beer.

Hotel "Engel" is the oldest guest house in the small town of Rastatt, Germany. Established in 1475 the guest house has been owned by family Heim since early 1919, which today is mainly known for its hospitality and excellent regional cuisine. Furthermore the hotel accommodates a small FLECKS brewery of its own, that currently produces finest Craft Beer on a daily basis. The proprietor and trained brewer Philip Heim is in charge of brewing the "Angel beer“, which is made according to the German purity law.
The restaurant “Horseshoe” in Oberarth, Switzerland, is all about finest gastronomy in combination with special interior and design. In addition to a knight's hall with medieval flair and the restaurant "Shöntal”, that offers top gourmet experiences, this Swiss inn also accommodates a rustic microbrewery, where culinary delights can be enjoyed in combination with freshly tapped, homemade Craft Beer. The in Lapland located Brewery with FLECKS technology produces two kinds of beers that are available to purchase since the beginning of September 2016. LAPIN AMBER LAGER is a full-bodied tone bottom fermented beer that is more colourful and richer in taste than southern lagers. Currently the brewery offers a broad selection of craft beers, ranging from light Pilsners and Ales to dark stouts.
Clinica de Bere is a newly established factory in Timisoara, Romania, that produces craft beers exclusively for the local market. In 2013 the brewhouse was upgraded from a 1000 litre System to a 2000 litre brewery, to match the customers growing demand for this particular craft beer. Currently the so called “beer clinic” produces two types of beer: Therapy Platin, an unfiltered white beer and Therapy Gold, which is an unfiltered lager. This brewery offers everything you might also find in a regular medical clinic, such as first aid kits (in form of six-packs), a mobile therapy service (resembling an ambulance that brings beer) and “therapies” (in form of beer – of course). It can be said that the concept behind this brewery is truly unique – and definitely worth a visit.
Located in lower Austria the restaurant and brewery „Brauhaus Marchart“, is distinguished by its focus on producing natural beers, without adding any preservatives. The unfiltered beer is naturally cloudy and served directly from the restaurants own FLECKS brewery. Additionally you can enjoy some culinary highlights such as the “Brauhaus burger” (also available for vegetarians) and the homemade cream cheese strudel. Although the current economic climate in Greece remains cold and uncertain, a group of “possibly naive optimists”, as they describe themselves, have opened a new business in Santorini. A Greek oenologist, a Serbian brewer, an English brewing enthusiast, and an American to round up the multi-cultural group, comprise the ingredients for this successful enterprise that hopes to enliven a heretofore rather lackluster domestic beer-drinking scene. “Hubertus” is a small craft beer brewery located in Dovre, Norway, in an old building that used to be a school over a long period of time. The building might easily catch your attention, due to the fact that it is characterized by the signature red façade you might recognize a lot in the area. Thus the brewery blends in perfectly with the beautiful Norwegian scenery. Hubertus offers a broad variety of beers that range from light pilsners to dark stouts. Our FLECKS breweries are very well known for their longevity. Therefore we empathise our products to be of highest quality and work on the latest technological standards to ensure that they function for decades to come. Due to this fact it is possible to transfer FLECKS equipment from one location to another without any damage or loss of function. The 300 litre brewhouse that now produces finest Craft Beer for the brewery “Bertbier” in Switzerland used to belong to the brewery “Eichhof” in Luzern, where it was replaced by a larger brewery in early 2014. “Bertbier” now uses this smaller brewhouse to produce beers with new recipes and they taste as great as ever.
“Bocks Corner Beer’s” first brew took place in February 2015 and the brewhouse has been running almost non-stop ever since. During their first year of business the small brewery from Finland launched more than ten different kinds of drinks - including ciders - and the assortment continues to grow. Currently more than twenty types of drinks are offered! “Bocks Corner Beer” has a mission to satisfy as many different tastes as possible by producing a wide range of products. During the summer of 2014, four friends were surfing and fishing off “The Heads”, a popular surfing area located in Victoria, Australia. After a long day on the boat and in the water, thoughts turned to enjoying a cold beer. A debate about quality and taste ensued, followed with the inevitable “If I made beer it would...” assertion. At that point someone mentioned: “Well why don’t we?” and thus the idea of “Heads Beach Brewing Company” was born. Since its launch in May of 2015 the small brewery, situated between wide white sand dunes, with a front row ocean view, has successfully developed four types of beer that can now be enjoyed by everyone who visits this extraordinary location.

Brewed in Novosibirsk in the Russian Federation, GLAISBEER has developed an impressive range of eight different types of beer since its establishment in 2015. The brewery claims to operate under the motto: “Beer is a living organism and can only be called a beer while living. Preservation, filtration and pasteurization kill all necessary and useful components” Therefore GLAISBEER focuses on producing natural beers with sustainable energy and pure ingredients. Brewing beer is easy with modern technology, especially when using concentrate, accelerators, syrups, stabilizers, enzymes and flavourings. Brewing good beer however can only be achieved with passion, knowledge and natural and clean ingredients.
Since its establishment in 2015 “Prost” has become the largest Craft Beer brewery in Wrocław, Poland. Founded by Richard Pachura, the family business is now led by his two sons Darius and Thomas. Due to their passion for extraordinary flavours, “Prost” does not only produce an impressive variety of six types of Craft Beer, but also offers culinary highlights in the families own restaurant. Furthermore the “Beer Club” offers spacious areas for private meetings, beer tastings and celebrations for up to 50 people. The fully automated system and our constant online support ensure high quality Ukrainian FAMYLNOE beer, which is produced here. There is a new microbrewery in Haute Nendaz, Switzerland. Philip Martig, owner and Chef of Restaurant “Cabane” has fulfilled his dream of becoming a brewer and is now producing his own beer, surrounded by the picturesque scenery of the Pennine Alps. Since the establishment of one of our FLECKS BRAUHAUS 300 brewhouses, he has been brewing outstanding beers to accommodate the various dishes his restaurant offers. If you plan to visit, we can only recommend trying one of Martigs famous burgers and salads, in combination with a FLECKS beer of course.
The Royal Plaza New Delhi offers 419 luxury guest rooms and suites, multi-cuisine restaurants a bar, night club and lounge for dining and entertainment options. After the opening of “Sky”, the city’s highest and largest rooftop bar, there is a new highlight that is going to be revealed this summer. The hotel will present its very own FLECKS microbrewery. NORTHERN MAINE BREWING COMPANY at Caribou, ME, United States, is probably one of the best examples of how passionate homebrewers can achieve their goal of becoming operators of a successful brewpub. The brewers: Joe, Rick, Chris, John and Shawn, are honourable citizens of Aroostook County. The beers these young men produce are a big surprise for compassionate beer connoisseurs. Northern Maine Brewing Company offers an impressive collection of five craft beers. In May 2015, a group of young men decided to bring craft-beer-culture back to Sursee in Switzerland. What started out as a small project, designed to produce beer for personal use only, quickly emerged to something much bigger. People started asking for more and soon larger amounts of the manually brewed beer were needed. Therefore, one of our 5 hl FLECKS breweries with a storage capacity of 130 litres was installed In October 2015. Since then, the team behind “BrauStation Sursee” has successfully developed four different types of beer. However the five young men are still far from done and constantly work on new ideas for beer types and plans to grow in the future.

In January 2016 we took part in the 60th edition of “Horecava”, the largest national trade fair for professionals in the foodservice industry, in Amsterdam. In cooperation with the restaurant chain “Bierfabriek” we designed a pop up brewery and restaurant for visitors of the fair. It consisted of FLECKS brewing boilers (300 litres), a fermentation tank (500 litres) and lower tanks for secondary fermentation. The purpose was to give an insight into the process of brewing beer by not only showing our technology, but also producing beer right in front of visitors.
The “Bierfabriek” also uses our brewhouses in its regular business activity and produces three different types of beer.
At JOHANNISHUS GODS in Sweden the new brewery ( a Flecks Brauhaus 500 ) started in September 2018.

„Over the Moon“ ist zusätzlich Austragungsort für Events und Konzerte in Kooperation mit heimischen und internationalen Künstlern. Wer also einen spannenden Abend in Hyderabad, mit gutem Essen und noch besseren Bier verbringen möchte, sollte hier vorbei schauen.
Hallenberg setzt seine jahrhundertelange Brautradition fort: Braumeister Peter Mesters braut schon fleißig Bier mit der Dekoktionsbrauanlage. Quasi ein Bier wie man es früher gebraut hat. Die Eröffnung ist für Juni 2018 geplant.
In dieser urigen, österreichischen Gasthausbrauerei, die sich als kleinste Brauerei Salzburgs einen Namen gemacht hat, stehen neben deftigen heimischen Gerichten auch zwei süffige Biere am Menü.
Das „Gerstlbier“ ist ein obergäriges, helles Gerstenbier mit ca. 4,9% Alkohol. Das „Weiße“
ist ein obergäriges, vollmundiges und etwas dunkleres Bier mit ca. 5,5% Alkohol.
Besonderer Blickfänger des bodenständigen Wirtshauses sind die Sudkessel der hauseigenen FLECKS Brauerei die sich direkt im Lokal befinden. Hier im Restaurant „Kastner’s Schenke“ lebt man frei nach dem Motto: Vom Menü bis hin zum Bier: hier wird alles selbst gemacht.

Aviators Brewing Co. – die Fliegerei-Brauerei in Südafrika – ist die erste FLECKS Brauerei mit eigenem Hubschrauberlandeplatz. Hier, am Rande der Magaliesberge mit ihren eindrucksvollen Naturschutzgebieten, unweit von Johannesburg, wollte Jan Botma die Liebe zur Luftfahrt mit seiner Leidenschaft für Bier verbinden. Weil ihm dafür eine Bierbar nicht genug war, flog er auf der Suche nach einer geeigneten Brautechnologie über den Äquator, um selbst brauen zu können. Bei uns wurde er fündig: Mittlerweile stellt er mit der steirischen FLECKS Brautechnik außergewöhnliche Biere her und erfüllte sich so einen Lebenstraum.
